The Learning Agency Network welcomes every educational expert from all over world, to participate in development. The selection process is very simple: When we receive a request of a client, we are grouping a team of experts from different organisations to respond to the individual need.
Preferably, we are selecting experts which have been tested and assessed by us - however, this is not strongly necessary, in particular not in the beginning.
Your involvement is actually based on two pillars:
- Your expertise which you can prove within a classical CV (e.g. degree, work experience etc.)
- Your skills which you can showcase in a portfolio. These skills can be acquired e.g. through informal learning or through practice.
In order to be listed in our repository, we are encouraging you to subscribe at www.international-cv.net . Quotes
"Good learning environments: stimulate learners to be mentally active; address prior knowledge; integrate fragmented pieces of knowledge into hierarchical knowledge structures; balance concepts, skills and meta-cognitive competence; provide expedient structures in the environment that help learners to develop well-organised knowledge structures; and present information adequately for efficient processing in the human mind given its inherent limitations for processing."
